1vsM Platform

The 1vsM Platform

Your front desk is losing money. We built the system that gets it back.

Missed calls after hours. No-shows that never rebook. Packages people paid for and quietly stopped using. It's real revenue — most owners never see it leave. 1vsM answers every channel in under 60 seconds, saves the no-show, brings back the dormant client, and shows you exactly what it recovered.

This page itself runs on the platform. No mockups. ↓

The Recovery Story

We found $287,000 sitting inside one business. Then we built the thing that goes and gets it back.

That's a service moat, not a software moat — the software is how we deliver it, not the thing we sell. Four agents run underneath every client instance, headless, writing evidence the moment they recover a dollar. Never backfilled.

Missed-call text-back

Every channel — call, SMS, DM, web form — answered and qualified in under 60 seconds. Bills as missed_call / after_hours.

No-show saves

48-hour and 2-hour reminders with one-tap reschedule, so the slot fills instead of sitting empty. Bills as no_show_saved.

Winback

90–120 day dormant clients get a personalized nudge back onto the calendar before they become someone else's client. Bills as winback.

Package nudges

Unused sessions surfaced before the balance goes dormant — the churn you can't see in a spreadsheet. Bills as package_nudge.

Sample — one client, one month

  • Missed-call bookings ×18$5,040
  • After-hours bookings ×6$1,680
  • No-shows saved ×11$3,080
  • Winback returns ×4$1,120
  • Package nudges ×12$2,340
Recovered (billable)$13,260
Assisted — not billed ×9$2,520

Every line above is logged with evidence at the moment it happens. The "assisted" line is shown to the client on purpose — see Performance Billing.

One System, Four Layers

The three surfaces your business runs on — plus the engine nobody sees

Every client gets their own branded Admin and Portal. You run all of them from one Control Console. Underneath, a set of headless agents does the actual recovering.

Surface 1 · Yours

Control Console

Every client instance on one screen. Onboarding, health scores, Growth Reports, invoices. This is what makes ten clients feel like one.

Surface 2 · Their staff

Admin

Calendar, unified inbox, client records, packages, reports, and an Ops Copilot for plain-English questions against their own data.

Surface 3 · Their customers

Member Portal

Book, reschedule, cancel — 24/7, no phone call. Package balance front and center: "you have 4 sessions left."

The Engine

Intake, Reminder, Waitlist, Winback, Package, Review, and Report agents. This is where the money is actually made.

One System. Every Vertical.

Med spa. Dental. Salon. Gym. Same engine — the terminology relabels itself.

A person books a service with a provider in a room at a time, paid via a package, a membership, or a card. That sentence is the entire schema. What differs by vertical is vocabulary and defaults — never the structure.

One JSON blob per vertical. The schema, the engine, the agents, the reports, and the billing never change.

Skin In The Game

You only pay a share of what we recover.

A small base retainer keeps the lights on. A performance percentage of recovered revenue — capped — means the incentive is always pointed the same direction yours is.

Base + performance

Retainer covers the platform. Performance billing is a set share of what the engine actually recovered that month — billed off the same evidence trail the agents wrote at the moment of recovery, capped so it never runs away.

We show you what we didn't bill

Every invoice includes an "assisted — not billed" line: recovered activity we could have claimed and chose not to. It costs a little. It buys the account.

No Mockups
